Before applying, please note that you will need the following documentation to proceed with your application:

• Grades 11 and 12 school transcripts/reports

• Colour photograph of applicant

• Copy of passport

• 2 Reference Letters / Mechanech/es Forms must be submitted. An email will be sent directly to your chosen Mechanchim/Mechanos with the link to the form. Applications will not be considered without these documents.

 
Please Note: Ma'ayan Chai does not arrange medical insurance for students. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to ensure that their child has valid medical cover. Students will not be permitted to attend without proof of medical aid.

A non-refundable USD 120 APPLICATION FEE will be required upon submission.

APPLICATION TYPE
At Ma'ayan Chai, we aim to accommodate girls from all over the world. We therefore are offering 2 different application intake options:​

1) Northern Hemisphere Intake
This will begin in Elul 5786/August 2026 and end Midyear 2027
2)  Southern Hemisphere Intake
This will begin in Shvat 5787/January 2027 and end Midyear 2027

​TUITION FEE
The annual tuition fee is determined by the application type selected and will be reflected on the application form.
 
VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
All foreign students are required to obtain a valid South African volunteer visa in order to attend our program. We will refer you to our designated immigration lawyer, who will guide you through the full application process. 
 
Please note that the VISA APPLICATION AND LEGAL ASSISTANCE COSTS - approximately R15 000 - is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.  ​
